The NCLCC held its first forum at the 2014 ACTFL in San Antonio on November 22, under the title “One United Voice for the Field.” Dr. Yulan Lin hosted the forum. Dali Tan, Yea-Fen Chen, Mark Zhang, and Steve Chang presented why one united voice is needed for the field of Chinese language and culture education in the United States, and Dr. Walker made the introduction and conclusion.
