Learning from the successful Illinois campaign to legalize the Teaching Equitable Asian American Community History (TEAACH) Act, NCLCC tries to introduce Asian American history, including Chinese American history, to American classrooms. This being an effort so that the younger generation in the United States will understand the history of Chinese and Asian Americans and their contributions to this country, leading to a better, more equal, and multicultural society.
